Scope of services

Tiffany Massage specializes in erotic massages and relaxation services.

All services provided are non-sexual in nature. Any attempt to solicit sexual practices  is strictly prohibited.

Massages are performed for the purpose of relaxation, stress relief and overall  well-being of the client.

Eligibility conditions and client conduct

Age Limit: Clients must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age (ID) may be required  before service is provided.

Client behavior:

Clients must behave respectfully and appropriately throughout their visit.

Any inappropriate comments, gestures or requests will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Tiffany Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any individual without  giving a reason.

Reservations and payments

Booking process:

Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, online.

We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

Payment terms:

Payment must be made in full before the service is provided.

Accepted payment methods include cash (Czech crown, Euro – 1 Eur = 23 Czech crowns), credit cards (including American Express) or PayPal.

Cancellation of reservation:

Clients must provide at least 30 minutes notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If cancellation is not notified in time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may be charged.

Salon rules and etiquette

Arrival:

We recommend that clients arrive 5-10 minutes early so they can prepare for the service.

Hygiene:

Personal hygiene is essential. Clients are required to shower before the service. Showers are available in the salon. Our massage salon also provides disposable towels and rubber slippers, so you do not need to bring any of your own equipment with you for the massage.

Alcohol and addictive substances:

Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served and are not entitled to a refund.

Privacy and confidentiality:

All client and session information is strictly confidential and Tiffany Massage does not share it with any third party.

Service limitations

Erotic massages provided at Tiffany Massage are for relaxation purposes only.

Therapists may terminate the session at their discretion if the client exhibits  inappropriate behavior or requests outside the agreed scope of the service.

Any physical contact with the therapist or inappropriate advances are prohibited  under all circumstances.

Refund

Refunds for services already provided are not possible.

Refunds can only be provided in the event of cancellation of the reservation in  accordance with point 3.3.

Health and safety

Clients are required to report any health problems (e.g. allergies, heart problems or  injuries) before starting the service.

Tiffany Massage and its therapists are not responsible for complications  resulting from unreported health problems.

Therapists have the right to refuse a service if it could pose a health risk to the client.

Responsibility

Tiffany Massage is not responsible for loss, injury or damage incurred on the  salon premises unless caused by the salon’s negligence.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit to the salon.  The entire session process takes place in the massage room, so the client does not  have to worry about their personal belongings.

Termination of the agreement

Tiffany Massage reserves the right to terminate the relationship with a client who violates these terms, behaves inappropriately, or does not follow the salon rules.

Final provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

Tiffany Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at  any time. The latest version is always available on the website or in the salon.

By booking or using services at Tiffany Massage Prague, you agree to abide by these General
