Loyalty Program Categories:
LITE ?
The default category to which every customer is assigned after registering for the loyalty program. The amount of Cashback in the LITE category is 3% of each amount spent after registering for the loyalty program.
PRO ??
The category to which a customer moves who has spent 10,000 CZK after
registering for the loyalty program. The amount of Cashback in the PRO category is 7% of each amount spent after registering for the loyalty program.
MAX ???
The category to which a customer moves who has spent 20,000 CZK after registering for the loyalty program. The amount of Cashback in the MAX category is 10% of each amount spent after registering for the loyalty program.
How does the loyalty program work?

Collect the points with every visit – With every visit you will receive cashback in the amount according to the category you are in, depending on the amount spent in our salon.

Redeem points* – Use the collected points for discounts on your next visits
It is not possible to redeem loyalty program points when using other discount promotions such as Happy Hours and Discount Coupons. However, points will be added to your loyalty account for your spending after deducting these discounts.

How can I register for the loyalty program?
You can register for the loyalty program of our massage salon Tiffany Massage Prague using the registration form, which can be found under this link. If necessary, we will be happy to help you with this at the reception of the massage salon
How do points or rewards work in the program?
When you register for our loyalty program, you receive an entry bonus of 50 CZK and for each amount spent, you receive cashback in the form of points in the amount according to your loyalty program category.
In the LITE category, for every 1,000 CZK spent, you receive 30 points.
1 point = 1 CZK, which you can use on your next visit.
In the PRO category, for every 1,000 CZK spent, you receive 70 points.
1 point = 1 CZK, which you can use on your next visit.
In the MAX category, for every 1,000 CZK spent, you receive 100 points.
1 point = 1 CZK, which you can use on your next visit.

Can points be used for all services in the salon?
Loyalty points can be used for all types of massages offered.
Points cannot be used for extra services.
Points cannot be used when using discount coupons and other discounts (such as Happy Hours). - However, with such spending, points will also be added to yourloyalty card.
To load your points, please don't forget to ask our receptionist!!!
How long are my points or rewards valid?
The points you earn for your spending are valid without restrictions throughout the
entire period of your active registration in the loyalty program.
Can I transfer points to another person?
The points collected are tied to the created card and cannot be transferred to another
person.
Can I combine loyalty points with other discounts?
You cannot redeem loyalty points in combination with other discounts, however,
when using other discounts, you can ask our receptionist to add points to your
spending after deducting the discount.
How do I find out how many points I have?
You can check the current status of your loyalty card in your mobile phone wallet, where you can also find out which category you are in.
What happens if I forget to use my points when paying?
If you forget to use your points when paying, nothing happens, you can use them on
your next visit. Points cannot be redeemed retroactively (after payment has been
made).
How can I cancel or change my loyalty program registration?
To cancel your registration or make changes, please do not hesitate to contact us by
