No, each coupon can only be used separately for one booking
The coupons we offer are always tied to the type of massage and the length of the massage.
Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
Check if the coupon you have chosen is valid at the time you have chosen. Our coupons are only valid on certain days of the week and are also time-limited – they cannot be used throughout the day. If you are unsure, please contact us.
The validity of each coupon is indicated directly in the detailed description of the coupon. After the expiry date, the coupon will no longer be offered.
Yes, if the reservation is made during the coupon’s validity period and meets the conditions for its use. Online reservations can always be made at least 30 minutes before the start of the reservation.
Coupons can also be purchased as a gift. We offer payment via PayPal directly during the order process in our booking system.
The recipient must provide the contact details provided during the online booking on site (email, phone and name – these details do not have to be the recipient’s, it is enough for them to know them for verification).
If you cancel your reservation, the coupon becomes invalid and can be purchased again from our discount coupons offer.
In case of advance payment via PayPal directly in the reservation system, we will either refund the money to the buyer or agree with you on another alternative reservation date.
⚠️ Please note that we only accept cancellations if the cancellation request is submitted at least 60 minutes in advance, thank you for your understanding.
